Join Yogiraj Wendy Newton for the final installment of the Embodied Yoga Sutras mini-training series! Wendy spent over six years immersed in study of the Yoga Sutras with her teacher Alan Finger during the writing of Tantra of the Yoga Sutras. She created this training based on the tremendous growth and insight that came out of that journey.Kaivalya Pada brings us full circle to discover what it looks like to truly embrace the qualities of yoga and express those gifts in our lives. Kaivalya Pada answers some of the most essential questions of yoga:—How we can we stay tapped into the natural flow of consciousness so that we can grow and evolve in our lives?—How does karma operate, and what does this have to do with our daily living?—What is the role of meditation in an embodied and fully lived yoga practice?—How we can start to master the perceptual shift to non-dual awareness?Wendy is is masterful at holding a safe and non-judgemental space for authentic discussion and self-study of one of the world’s most enigmatic sacred texts. She uses a variety of techniques to initiate participants into the teachings, including sacred circle group discussion, close textual reading, partner work, prompted writings, and guided kriya meditations to help to open the channels of inspiration.Let Wendy help you unpack your own unique way of understanding the knowledge you carry within yourself! Drop-ins welcome… newcomers expected!Participants will go home with new insights into the yogic process and a well-spring of new ideas to weave back into practice, teaching, and life.
