Wendy’s private yoga sessions utilize her reflective listening skills and expansive knowledge of yoga technique to hone in on how the tools of yoga can be applied to the individual for resolving physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual issues. Wendy is adept at working with a broad range of body types and temperaments. She is certified as a yoga therapist, and can help adapt the practice to a broad range of issues. 

Wendy’s private yoga sessions give the beginning yoga practitioner the tools to create a dedicated home practice. For the adept practitioner, Wendy’s yoga privates help to deepen and refine skills to catalyze self awareness and self expression.

Wendy is a yoga master in the ISHTA lineage, and been a lead trainer and mentor for many years in ISHTA’s world-renouned teacher training program. She is treasured by her students for her ability to give just the right practices and to convey the vitality and energy of her lineage.
